Shipping Costs We provide Free UK Delivery on all orders delivered to eligible physical addresses within the United Kingdom. There is no minimum order value for standard delivery.

Order Processing Time All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Due to high demand or security procedures, dispatch may occasionally be delayed.

• Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 11:00 AM (GMT/BST) on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic shipping notification with tracking information.

Shipping Times & Carriers (United Kingdom)

• Total Delivery Time: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Carriers: We strictly use Evri and Royal Mail for reliable delivery.
• Taxes & Duties: VAT included. We cover all customs duties and taxes, with no additional fees upon delivery.

Delivery Restrictions

• Location: We currently only ship to physical addresses within the United Kingdom.
• PO Boxes/BFPO: We do not currently deliver to P.O. Boxes or BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses.

Refunds on Shipping We do not refund expedited shipping costs for packages that arrive late due to carrier delays, nor do we refund shipping costs for returns unless the item is defective.
